Terrell Owens: NFL Teams Potentially Interested in Signing Free Agent On

Weeks after an alleged suicide attempt from an apparent drug overdose, Terrell Owens may have some luck getting on with an NFL team. Tennessee Titans’ Coach Mike Munchak says the team may “take a look” at the free agent once he recovers from a torn ACL.

In a tweet by John Glennon, he let NFL fans know the Titans’ coach is looking at Terrell Owens.

“Munchak: When T.O. is healthy, he may be a guy that’s worth a work out. Says #Titans could take a look, depending on how team producing.”

Is there hope for Terrell Owens after his brush with an alleged overdose? An emergency 911 call was placed a few weeks ago from his LA apartment. He was rushed to the hospital and released a few days later. No confirmation has been made on what exactly caused the emergency call, but it’s rumored he overdosed on medication he was taking. In 2006 a similar incident happened, but Owens denied taking an abundance of Vicodin.
