President Clinton’s New Diet

Upon the completion of President Clinton’s term, many Americans were aware of his eating habits: fried food, hamburgers, steaks, doughnuts, and more. Today, the former president has completely revamped his diet and hopes Americans learn from his experience.

The sudden profound change in diet was influenced by a number of potential health defects that eventually surfaced. During his term as president, he often struggled with weight gain. This was a consistent issue despite his minor changes in diet that was influenced by his wife, Hilary, while at the White House. Clinton’s genetics also placed him at a risk of heart disease – something that many Americans possess as well.

In both 2004 and 2009, the former president underwent heart surgery as the result of feeling weak, tired, or a tightness in his chest.

These unfortunate events influenced Clinton to drastically change the way he eats.

Today Bill Clinton’s life and diet has completely transformed. His diet is now focused on avoiding foods that may damage his blood vessels. He eats vegetables, fruits, and beans. He consumes no meat, no dairy, no eggs, and almost no oil.

As a result his blood tests are now good, he has lost 20 pounds, and he has more energy than ever before.

In order to take his life-changing experience and use it to help citizens, Clinton has been sharing his story to multiple news networks. His foundation has also teamed up with the American Heart Association to improve the food quality of lunches at 12,000 American schools across the country. His goal is to prevent today’s children from experiencing the troubles he had to face.
