West Virginia moved to 13th after beating Maryland 37-31. #4 FSU, #14 Ohio State, #15 Michigan State, #18 Auburn, #20 Arizona State, #22 Maryland, #24 Tennessee, and #25 Temple all fell out of my rankings. #18 Clemson, #19 Texas, #20 Illinois, #21 Georgia Tech, #22 North Carolina, #23 California, #24 Texas Tech all make their season debuts in my rankings. Oregon returns to my rankings at number 25.

This week top ranked LSU visits #13 West Virginia. #8 Oklahoma State visits #5 Texas A&M and #12 Arkansas visits #6 Alabama in a couple of big conference match ups. Florida State hoes to claw back into the rankings when they take on #18 Clemson. #22 North Carolina visits #21 Georgia Tech in another key ACC game.
