Dead Puppies into Fuel

I have solved the United States energy crisis. Burn dead pets and make fuel out of them.

Consider this stat: 6-8 million cats and dogs enter animal shelters every year and 3-4 million of those are put to death. 71% of cats and 56% of dogs never make it out of a shelter.

I would call those millions of dead cats and dogs instant fuel.

And you can’t get upset at me, because what’s the problem of using something that is already dead? Last time I checked the gas in your car was created by oil, which was created over centuries by dead plants and dead animals decomposing and transforming into oil, which we spend billions of dollars a year extracting from the ground.

The great thing about using dead pets for fuel is that they are just waiting to benefit mankind. No expensive digging for them. And we don’t have to wait centuries for them to turn into oil.

And, even if you just barely passed chemistry class, burning hydrocarbons is burning hydrocarbons, be they dead dinosaurs, dead trees, dead democrats or dead cats and dogs. Parts is parts.

Thank God, science is already ahead of me. Consider this news tidbit:

“A German inventor named Dr. Christian Koch has invented a process whereby old tires, weeds, and animal cadavers (in this case, dead cats) are used to create high-quality bio-diesel. The process produces roughly 2.5 liters (under two-thirds of a gallon) of diesel per cat. Dr. Koch has driven 105,000 miles so far in his own vehicle on the fuel without any problems…”

Wow! Two thirds of a gallon per dead cat !

And how cool will it be to brag to your neighbor that you get 20 miles per dead cat.

Some nations are more advanced than the United States and are already using dead animals for fuel, bless their little hearts. Another news bite:

“The bodies of thousands of rabbits culled every year from the parks in Stockholm’s Kungsholmen neighborhood are being used to fuel a heating plant in central Sweden. The decision to use Stockholm’s rabbit cadavers as bioenergy to warm Swedes living in Värmland doesn’t sit well with Stockholm-based animal rights activists.”

Well I hope the animal activists get over it, as I would rather stay warm in winter, than worry about dead rabbits.

And remember killing animals for fuel is not a new concept. In the past, over 10,000 whales a year were killed for their oil so we could light lamps.. And I have always said,” Save the whales, collect the whole set.”

In short, the answer to our fuel crisis is not hybrid cars. Just take the millions of pets animal shelters kill each year and use them as fuel. And if you don’t like this solution, when is the last time you helped spayed an animal?
