“Blasphemy!” “King of the Jews.”
Ha, we are His people and it is not even Him we choose.
Let His blood be on us, we accept the blame.
Let His people be the ones who end this shame.
“Crucify Him!” “Release to us Barabbas.”
For this Jesus is no one to us.
Look at Him in His robe and crown, our King.
“Crucify Him, Crucify Him,” the words continue to ring.
Look at Him all alone up there
With all He did you think we might care
This Jesus who saved many and healed the lame
For Himself could not do the same.
Listen as He cries to the sky
Lets see if He gets help or goes on to die.
Through all this, we never broke His spirit we only took His life.
We have finally put an end to all of His strife.
