This is an adventure quest guide to help new players get through the starting area of Kelloare for the Floresslah side. If you need a bit of extra experience points or you want to raise your adventure level, then it would be a good idea to take a few of these quests to help you out.
A lesson about upgrading
If you have made it to level 5 then you can go talk to Laeve Jamilas who is located in Kelloare city to gain a side quest about refining Earthdium. After you talk to Laeve talk to him again, this time trade the Earthdium to him to refine it. Make sure you divide the Earthdium into 1 unit because it can be very costly to do more. You can divide items by holding down “Shift” and dragging it to a new item slot. After the Earthdium is refined talk to Laeve one last time to complete the quest.
Now go talk to Wook Payento, he is standing in the towns square. He will teach you about equipment enchantments, accept both quests from him before moving on. Wook will ask you to go talk to Wariji Lonelypoit to learn more, he is at the equipment enhancement and compounding area in the Kelloare city. When you talk to him you will have to add your weapon into the middle slot and a strengthening ore into the first slot, the last slot can be left empty. Click the “Enhance” button to upgrade your weapons, repeat this with the armor except this time use a upgrade kit for the first slot. When you are done talk to him to complete both quests. You can gain the kits from the dungeon quest later on (read the Kelloare Caverna east dungeon quest guide).
A lesson about production side-quest
For this quest you need to be at least level 10. So for your next quest, go and talk to Aki mars in the town square to learn about production assistant jobs. She will explain to you what each job does, and then she will ask you which one you wish to be. Choose which job you want. If you choose a Kit producer you will have to talk to Edera Deuga, if you choose a Metal producer you will have to go talk with Zenia Lapilli, and if you choose a potion producer you will need to talk with Magrina Kebeto. Go seek out your trainer to learn more about that type of profession. Because each quest is completely unique and actually teaches you about how to use the skills, we won’t be able to go in more detail. Just follow their simple instructions to complete the quest.
The reckless courier’s side-quests
Now for the adventure quests. If you have made it to adventure level 3, then you can go talk to Sarazard Ali who is standing near the southern part of the city near the bridge. She has lost her journal and needs you to go find it for her. The journal was blown in the wind and landing on the building just north of the guild hall building. You can’t miss it; just head north of the guild hall until you see a large sparkling building. On the left side of this building you will see a small platform, jump up on it and you should see the journal on it. If it didn’t spawn yet, just wait a few minutes until you see it. Pick the journal up and return it to Sarazard for your reward.
Now talk to Sarazard one more time to help her find Alibaba’s lost treasure that she lost. The treasure is located south of the Ore production area on top of a small square platform in between two buildings. In order to get up there you will have to dash jump to the top. Once you have the item, return it back to Sarazard. Now talk to her one last time, she will ask you to deliver a book for her to Aladdin Chateoji, who is up near the guild hall area. After talking to him accept his quest to send a letter back to Sarazard, so make your way back to speak with her. Once you talk to her again you will complete the quest.
If you are high enough in level and you talk to her one final time she will give you a special gift as a reward for helping her.
The interrogation side-quest
For the next few quests you will need to be at least adventure level 4. You will need to talk to Delrivia Haste, the woman located near the west barrack’s transport station, to gain a small adventure quest. She will ask you to go and talk to Sarazard Ali back in Kelloare city and will offer to fly you there on her transport bike. Once you make it back to town talk to Sarazard to complete the quest. Sarazard will then give you a new quest to talk to Erik Erikson located at the North West side of the Goat capra farm.
After talking to Erik you will gain a new quest to interrogate him, which pretty much means to beat the mess out of him until he tells you what you need to know. A timer will pop as soon as you finish the conversation, and if he isn’t defeated within the time limit then the mission will fail and you will have to try to defeat him again. After you successfully defeat him return to Sarazard Ali to complete the quest.
Sarazard will have one more quest for you, to talk to the alchemist Nicolas Preralmer, she is up at the far north east corner of Kelloare city near the respawn point. After you talk to Nicholas she will give you a new quest to give a message back to Sarazard to complete the mission.
Congratulations, you are now finished with all of the level 4 Kelloare city adventure quests.
