This is a Floresslah quest guide to help new players get through the level 21quests for the Salt Wind hill area. If you haven’t already completed the level 20 quest guide, then I suggest that you go back and read the previous guide before moving on.
If you aren’t already in the Salt Wind hill area make your way there .Once you make it to the Salt Wind hill you will need to travel to the Border barracks and talk to Mikaen Caliper, she will give you your first level 21 quest. She will ask you to travel to the Noblian’s hidden barracks to talk to the enemy leader. After you have fought your way through the enemy camp you will need to talk to the Noblian Marshall Maythers to complete the quest. If you run fast you should be able to make it through the field of Noblian soldiers without taking much damage.
After talking with Marshall you will see that he pretty much ignores you. Talk to him again and he will call for his guards to attack you. You will need to kill 5 of Marshall’s escorts to complete the mission. They are standing right in front of him and they actually die with ease. After you have defeated his guards talk to him again to arrest him. You will be given the choice between two level 21 weapons. Now talk to Marshall one last time to escort him to the Gennaro Dispatch point. He will walk behind and follow you, but I will warn you that he is extremely slow and you will only have about 5 minutes to make it to your destination. If another monster sees you they will attack you while you escort him. Once you make it to the dispatch point, talk to Gennaro Dremon to complete the quest.
The Noblian’s plans
If you talk to Gennaro again he will ask you to run back to the Border barracks and report your mission to Mikaen. After you tell her that you have captured the Noblian scout leader, she will ask you to find out what they were doing in the Salt Wind hill. Your task is to find the Noblian’s secret order box and the Noblian’s documents. Just like your training missions at the Floresslah coming of age ceremony. Run all the way back to the Noblian’s hidden barracks and collect the two items that you need. Both items are located on the side of the hidden barracks house underneath a small tent. The secret order box is literally a large glowing box, you can’t miss it. The documents are on top of the desk next to the box. Once you have the plans you’ll have to bring them back to Mikaen at the Border barracks.
The Gennaro dispatch point
For your next set of quests you’ll have to go to the Gennaro dispatch point. Talk to Gennaro to gain the level 21 quest “Burn their food”, and for this mission that is literally what you will be doing. Make your way to the Noblian’s hidden base and locate the three food bags lying around the camp. You will be given a disguise to sneak into the camp which will last about 8 minutes. After the three food bags are destroyed report back to Gennaro to finish the mission.
For your next quest you will need to talk to John Care, he is standing next to Gennaro at the dispatch point. John needs you to kill 7 armor spined (called armor thorn in game) Armardillon and 8 armor tailed Armadillon. You can find these on the road leading to the Noblian’s secret camp or next to the Gennaro base. When you have defeated the Armadillon go back to the dispatch camp and report to Grima Gupa to complete the quest. Grima will have another task for you to head up north to kill 8 mercenary leaders and 9 mercenary members. When you have finished all of the mercenaries off go back to Grima to finish the mission.
Hunting in the Salt Wind hills
Next up you’ll need to talk to Grima again for your next mission. He will now ask you to collect 9 of the Maple Jaru floss roots because he thinks they are the cause of the rising temperatures in the area. The Maple Jaru floss you need is back on the main road just a bit North West. After you have collected the roots return back to the dispatch point and report the quest to Pageurioh Riniah. Pageurioh will have another task for you. He needs you to kill 9 steel leather Armordillion and 8 black leather Armordillion. Head directly north from the Gennaro base and you should see the black Armordillion near the side of the road. The steel Armordillion are a bit further up the road to the North West. After you have killed all of the Armordillion, report back to Pageuioh at the Gennaro base to complete the quest.
Pageuioh still has another quest for you. He needs you to kill 7 disguised bandits and 7 disguised bandit guards (called lookouts in game). After you have defeated the extremely weak bandits report back to Pageuioh to complete the quest.
Dungeon quest: Mortalis
You’re not done just yet. Pageuioh has been having some trouble in the Mortalis dungeon and he needs you to kill 10 amethyst Failon and 9 morion Failon. Make your way to the Border barracks and talk to the movement assistant to fly to the Mortalis dungeon. Once inside, you will need to make your way pass the Hain guards and jump up on top of the small platform in front of them and you should see the Failon monsters. If you are at level 21 and you are planning on AOEing the Failons, then I would suggest that you turn on your attack and defense valves. After you are done run back near the entrance of the dungeon but don’t leave the cave just yet. You will need to report the quest to High Potenia to finish the mission.
Talk to High Potenia again to receive your next quest. He needs you to destroy 10 sensitive red orbit Failon and 8 of the subtle red orbit Failon. Just across from High Potenia is Philip Teiya, she will also have a quest for you to kill 10 of Aaron’s security forces and 1 Ahron Gayve (or Aaron, they call him both in game). We’re going to do Philip’s quest first because it is closer. You will have to travel deeper into the cave and run passed the morion Failon to find Aaron’s security forces.
I had no problem taking Ahron down at level 21, but activate the attack and defense valves anyways because he is surrounded by a lot of enemies. The orbit Failon you need to kill are just a little farther down the road from the small camp. After you have finished the lasts of the level 21 quests, report to Keroriah Zorro for the Failon mission, and report to Rachel Makadam for the Ahron quest.
You’re now done with the entire set of level 21 missions.
