Treat Pelvic Pain Syndrome with Aroma Therapy

Pelvic Pain Syndrome is a condition when pain is felt in the area of the pelvic region. Pelvic pain can be a symptom of a disease or it can be a condition in its own right. This is often a condition that is very hard to diagnosis some of the symptoms of pelvic pain syndrome are intermittent pain which means it comes and goes, dull aching, severe and steady pain, sharp pains or cramping, pressure or heaviness deep within your pelvic area, pain during intercourse, pain when sitting and pain during a bowel movement.

The pain may get worse while standing on your feet for long periods of time and my ease some when you lay down. You should see a medical doctor if you are experiencing any of these symptoms daily and it is interrupting your daily life or if they are getting worse to be properly diagnosis.

It could be the signs of some severe disease or condition. Some of the more common causes of pelvic pain syndrome are chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, fibroids, intestinal cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome, ovarian remnant, pelvic congestion syndrome, psychological factors and tension in your pelvic floor muscles.

I have created and worked with many different essential oil formulas over the years. Below you will find some of my essential formulas. You can use them separately or together such as use a bath formula then a massage formula and you can also use them twice a day.

Pelvic Pain Syndrome Massage Oils

Choose one of the formulas then mix these oils together well and massage into the skin thoroughly from the waist to the knees on the front and the back of the body.

Ingredients:

5 drops Black Pepper Oil

15 drops Geranium Oil

5 drops Ginger Oil

5 drops Nutmeg Oil

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Ingredients:

10 drops Bergamot Oil

5 drops Clove Oil

7 drops Rose Oil

8 drops Thyme Oil

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Ingredients:

7 drops Bergamot Oil

5 drops Coriander Oil

8 drops Nutmeg Oil

10 drops Thyme Oil

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Pelvic Pain Syndrome Massage Oil #4

Ingredients:

4 drops Bergamot Oil

4 drops Clove Oil

4 drops Coriander Oil

6 drops Ginger Oil

6 drops Nutmeg Oil

6 drops Thyme Oil

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Pelvic Pain Syndrome Massage Oil #5

Ingredients:

10 drops Bergamot Oil

10 drops Coriander Oil

10 drops Thyme Oil

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Pelvic Pain Syndrome Bath Formulas

Choose a formula then mix these essential oils together well and add 3 drops of this mixture to a warm bath in which you should sit in for at least 10 minutes.

**Note: These are formulas that I have created and worked with over the years. Be sure to wear gloves when working with essential oils in their pure state and they should always be diluted with a carrier oil.
