Bryan defeated Show to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Zack Ryder defeated Dolph Ziggler to become the new United States Champion. The Match came down to the wire. Ziggler countered the ‘Ruff Ryder’ and covered. Ryder kicked out at two and regained control by nailing Ziggler with a knee. This allowed Ryder to connect with the ‘Ruff Ryder’. Ryder covered and got the three count. This allowed Ryder to pick up the victory and become the new United States Champion.

The Big Show defeated Mark Henry to become the new World Heavyweight Champion. The Big Show made quick work of Henry. Henry attempted to nail Show with a steel chair but Show countered with the ‘Weapon of mass destruction’ punching the chair into Henry’s face. Show covered and got the three count. This allowed Show to pick up the victory and become the new World Heavyweight Champion. Show did not have any time to celebrate as Henry attacked him after the Match. Henry nailed Show with a ‘DDT’ onto the steel steps. Seconds later Daniel Bryan made his way to the ring. Bryan announced he was cashing in his Money In The Bank Briefcase. With Show already unconscious the only thing Bryan needed to do was cover him. Bryan covered him and got the three count. This allowed Bryan to pick up the victory and become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Zack Ryder, The Big Show, and Daniel Bryan proved why they deserve to be the new Champions. Other Champions like Air Boom (Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston), Beth Phoenix, Cody Rhodes, and CM Punk proved why they were Champion before entering TLC.

Air Boom were able to retain the WWE Tag Team Championships by defeating Epico and Primo. Kingston picked up the victory for his team by pinning Epico.

Beth Phoenix was able to retain the Divas Championship by defeating Kelly Kelly. Phoenix picked up the victory by dropping Kelly Kelly with a modified version of the ‘Electric chair.’ After the move Phoenix covered and got the three count. This allowed Phoenix to pick up the victory and remain Divas Champion.

Cody Rhodes was able to retain the Intercontinental Championship by defeating Booker T. Rhodes thought he had the victory when he nailed Booker with a ‘Beautiful Disaster’ from the second rope. Rhodes covered but Booker was able to kick out at too. With Booker dazed it only took a kick from Rhodes to put him away. Rhodes covered and got the three count. This allowed Rhodes to pick up the victory and remain Intercontinental Champion.

CM Punk was able to retain the WWE Championship by defeating The Miz and Alberto Del Rio in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Match. Alberto Del Rio almost became Champion when his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez attempted to climb the ladder. When Rodriguez reached the top, the ladder was pushed over by The Miz and Punk. This sent Rodriguez crashing through a table on his way to the floor. Shortly after Punk was able to nail The Miz with a ‘GTS’. This provided Punk with enough time to climb the ladder and grab the WWE Championship. This allowed Punk to pick up the victory and remain WWE Champion.

Other WWE Superstars who picked up victories at TLC included HHH, Randy Orton, and Sheamus. HHH picked up his victory against Kevin Nash by defeating him in the first ever Sledgehammer Ladder Match.
