Gilad Changed My Life and He Can Change Yours Too

For years, I have had a rocky relationship with my gym. I tried to be a dedicated gym rat, going 5 days a week, but I easily bored and would stop going.

No matter how many times I tried to force myself to get back there regularly, something would get in the way.
A late night at work, or a rest day after a hard Zumba class would lead to 2 weeks of stagnation.

Getting on a treadmill with my ipod playing the same mix of songs that used to pump me up started to feel like torture.

Like most women, I needed to try something new to keep me interested in working out. I needed something that wouldn’t feel like a chore and would keep me in shape without taking up too much time during the day.

That’s when I found Body’s In Motion by Gilad.

Gilad’s 30 minute workouts air on Discovery Fit and Health. These workouts have been the perfect way for me to get my sweat on for over a year.

Gilad Jankowitz along with his cast brighten my morning. The workouts start with a brief warm up, followed by cardio and strength training and finally a cooldown. It is targeted to all age groups and fitness levels.

The workout (filmed in the late 80’s and early 90’s) are all filmed in different beach locations throughout Hawaii and are aimed to inspire even the laziest couch potato.

Gilad had a great sense of humor and doesn’t take himself seriously. He inspires you to do a little each day to get the results you seek.

I look forward to his fun, easy-to-follow routines and wonder what antics he has in store for each episode.
He has been known to do sit ups with a chimp and squats with a parrot on his shoulder…

The workouts get my heart pumping and I always feel like strengthened my body after completing a workout. The best part is that I can DVR them and do them around my schedule. I feel better than I ever have before.
