Amy Fisher can no longer say that she can’t get legitimate work.
The Long Island Lolita has recently been booked to take part in a celebrity boxing pay-per-view event.
Fisher promoted the Nov. 5 bout to Twitter fans on Wednesday
“Yes, I am doing Celeb Boxing event in LA on Nov.5th,” Fisher wrote.
Fresh out of Celebrity Rehab, of which she complained about everything from creative editing to outright lying, Fisher undoubtedly has enough stored-up anger to receive another criminal charge.
As for exactly who she’ll be fighting, Fisher isn’t saying.
“Yes I know who I’m boxing, but I was told I’m not allowed to say right now,” she Tweeted.
Whoever Fisher’s opponent is will have to pull out all of the stops in order to steal the inevitable winner’s purse from the disgruntled porn star, who is desperate for some legitimate loot.
On Rehab, Fisher blamed media portrayals of 1992 near-fatal shooting of Mary Jo Buttafuoco, for depicting her as an assailant rather than victim in the sordid affair that culminated with her pulling the trigger.
Fisher shot Buttafuoco amidst an affair with Buttafuoco’s husband, which began when Fisher was 16 years-old.
Buttafuoco’s husband, Joey, got 6 months for the corruption of a minor, while Fisher served 7 years of a 15 year-maximum sentence for assault.
Fisher said that as a result, she’s been unable to find honest work.
In 2007, Fisher began doing porn videos after the release of an allegedly stolen private sex tape of her and husband Lou Bellera.
