Best Teddy Bears 2011-2012

May we never outgrow our need for Teddy Bears. The new Teddy offerings are amazing and narrowing the list of Best Teddy Bears for the 2011 gift giving season into 2012 was a bit difficult yet loads of fun.

Using comments from shoppers/purchasers plus the recent sales figures available for Teddy Bears helped rank my final list. What you see here are the top 3 Teddy Bears from this Best list:

Gund My First Teddy Bear (Pink, Blue or Yellow):

If you are at a loss as to what to get for a new infant or young toddler, the Gund My First Teddy Bear is a perfect choice. This adorable, stuffed, 10 inch bear is perfectly safe for any age with its embroidered eyes and nose; meaning nothing to pull loose and present a hazard to baby. “My First Teddy” is also embroidered on one foot to make it a special keepsake for the little one you give it to. It’s made of plush fuzzy polyester fabric in pink or blue with a neck ribbon in corresponding colors. A just right gift for baby or as a nursery room decoration. Moms will be glad to know it is machine washable.

Melissa & Doug Deluxe Jumbo Brown Teddy Bear:

This Teddy has such a timeless look and an impressive size, it will make a special gift for bear lovers of any age. The Melissa & Doug Deluxe Jumbo Brown Teddy Bear stands a full 3 feet tall standing and over 2 feet sitting. Cuddly plush and huggable, his realistic look includes stitching and padding on the feet to resemble real paws. Kids will be drawn to hug and hold this lovable companion or to use him like a big pillow to sit or lie down on. This Teddy Bear begs to be played or wrestled with and is sturdy enough to take it. Your kids – big, little or even teens – will adore this plush pal.

Toy Story 3 Deluxe Lots O Huggin Bear:

This Toy Story 3 Deluxe Lots O Huggin Bear is another winner for just about any age. Tots who have seen the movie will thrill to the accurate portrayal of Lots O Huggin Bear that this over-stuffed and ultra-cushy bear presents. He has that slightly angry facial expression, is accurately worn and dingy looking (right out of the package) and he really does smell like strawberries. All these characteristics are right out of the Toy Story 3 movie and will have your kids reliving their favorite scenes. Reviews on this bear report that teen girls just adore him, also. He is quite durable and will stand up to the continuous play that he will endure.

No matter what age – infant to elder – I don’t know of anyone who doesn’t oooh and aaaah over a Teddy Bear. Please feel free to use this list of Best Teddy Bears 2011 going into 2012 to narrow your selection for your favorite kid or kid-at-heart.
