The “Bachelor Pad 2″ shocking cliff-hanger left fans with a gasp of air. What happened at the end of “Bachelor Pad 2″ that was so stunning and so shocking last night?
Typically we have a good grasp on who will exit and how they handled it. Last night, producers of “Bachelor Pad 2″ only revealed that Casey was safe and Jake was on his way out. Then the show faded to black without revealing the aftermath of how Jake handled the news and exited the house. Talk about a shocking twist. Producers are either milking this exit or hanging on to what could be a very watchable moment for next week.
In case you missed it, Jake Pavelka was stirring up a vote to rid the house of Casey. The vote was the closest ever on “Bachelor Pad” according to host Chris Harrison. Jake nearly backdoored Casey without Casey being aware of it until William informed him about the possible scenario. But it seems the drive to keep Jake fell just a bit short and left Casey in the house.
What happened at the end of a shocking “Bachelor Pad 2″ was a solid cliff-hanger etched out of the same mold as “Who shot J.R.?” We were left with the fact that Casey will stay and continue to protect and guard the heart of his girlfriend Vienna. But we had little clue as to what unfolded as Jake walked out the door. Jake has been classier than Vienna and Casey on the show so one might suspect that he remains that way as he walks out the door. But he just might have planted the seed that eventually gets Casey and Vienna booted from the house. The other houseguests are now quite aware of who the power couple in the house is. If Casey and Vienna continue to bad mouth Jake even in his absense, I’d say it’s a good bet that those two will eventually get voted off in the short term. My guess is Casey and Vienna will take some parting shots typical of their existence so far on “Bachelor Pad 2.”
As for now, it seems the dynamic but unfriendly duo have enough of an alliance to last for a few more episodes. The “Bachelor Pad 2″ shocker of a cliffhanger left us on edge wondering just how Jake reacted. It might be the first time the show(including “The Bachelorette” and “The Bachelor”) has cut to black before revealing the reactions of the houseguests. Maybe the drama will be all for nothing or there will just be little drama. Perhaps Jake will finally explode after being classy leading up to this point. What happens next week could either be a huge letdown or a very explosive moment-but we have little clues to develop an opinion with what producers of the show gave us. It was an excellent move by producers of the show to guarantee most of the fans will return next week.
Now what happens after the vote off of Jake will probably be a must see television moment. The producers of the show have certainly built it up that way-now we’ll see if the actual moment can live up to expectations.
