Vegan Candy Cane Fudge Recipe

This recipe for vegan-friendly candy cane fudge is incredibly simple and quick to make. It’s the perfect treat to share with friends and family for the holidays.

Ingredients:

1 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 Tbs vegan margarine
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
10 crushed candy canes

1. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
2. Combine the chocolate chips, cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a bowl.
3. Place the margarine and chocolate soy milk together in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir together.
4. Pour the margarine and soy milk mixture over the dry ingredients in the bowl. Let sit for two minutes.
5. Stir all of the ingredients together in the mixing bowl. Make sure to stir well so that all of the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
6. Mix in the peppermint extract and five of the crushed candy canes. Stir well.
7. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
8. Pour the other five crushed candy canes on top of the fudge. Press the crushed fragments into the fudge.
9. Refrigerate the fudge until it has fully solidified.
