Samsung Epic 4G Has Blasted Them All Away in the Wireless Industry

These days, people just simply have way too many choices in communication devices. There are so many different cell phone carriers to choose from. Lots of different phones to choose from. When walking into a cell phone store, one would almost need a Master’s Degree in cell phones to be able to understand what each one does.

Obviously with changing times comes changing technology. I am a competitive person and I can’t be left out in the cold when it comes to the latest and greatest gadgets. The new Samsung Epic 4G –which is actually the Galaxy S II– is definitely one of the picks of the litter when it comes to Sprint smart phones.

It is lightweight, with a large Super AMOLED Plus screen. For those who don’t understand technical smart phone terms, this means it has a very brilliant color to the screen with the wet look.

This phone is fully functional with the virtual QWERTY touch screen keypad. The great thing about this particular touch screen is that it makes life easy for text messaging. It is very precise. Many touch screen phones from my past were a complete nightmare to text on. Not this one.

SWIPE text is a function I am not too fond of. It takes a lot to get used to it and it just slows me down. I just changed the settings to Android text messaging. It is faster, easier and is just my preference.

The speaker is very good on it for listening to MP3’s and speakerphone functions. Video quality is great. Most of all I like the 8.0 camera. I no longer have to lug around my digital camera. With this all in one phone, life is easier all the way around. It also has a flash. Sometimes the exposure is a little off, but all in all the camera is really good.

Another good feature I love about this phone is that it has a duel core processor. This makes the phone lightening fast. The processor paired with the 4G connection speed doesn’t leave much else to want for. Downloading movies are as fast as 6 minutes with the 4G connection. Normally under 3G, it would take about 1.5 hours to download the same file size.

All in all, I believe that Samsung has just outdone themselves with this phone. It is just a mini version of the Galaxy Tab. Why lug around that big thing when you can do everything and talk on this device. This is hands down one of the best smart phones on the market.
