Rumer Willis is currently having her Hollywood Hills home remodeled and during that time someone broke into her home and made off with $10,000 worth of the contractor’s tools.
This matter is currently under investigation butt so far all the police know is that during these past 24 hours someone broke into the 23-year-old actress’ home and left with $10,000 worth of the contractor’s tools. It is unclear at this moment if the thief also stole any of Ms. Willis’ belongings. The police still have no leads of catching the thief.
Rumer Willis is the daughter of actors Bruce Willis and Demi Moore and the stepdaughter of actor Ashton Kutcher and English model Emma Heming. She made her film debut in the 1995 coming of age flick, centered around four young girls, “Now and Then” alongside her mother as Angela Albertson. Her most recent role was as a recurring character during season two of “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.”

It is still unknown rather the thief was a down on his or her luck carpenter and needed some tools so he or she saw the under construction scene at the young actress’ house the perfect shopping spot for a five finger discount or if the thief stole the tools to pawn for the cash and leave the country.
The only information that the police, Ms. Willis, the construction crew, and the public is aware of is that someone entered through an outside gate, made their way to the front door, took a blowtorch to the lock, went inside and bagged up $10,000 worth of tools, and then fled the scene before anyone (no witness have came forward yet) seen. The police still have no leads.
