Pumpkin Pie at Costco: By the Numbers

Everyone loves a good pumpkin pie during the holiday months and Costco seems to have gotten it down to a science. They started selling a smaller version of their pumpkin pies in 1987 and by 1993 they increased the size to the current 12″ diameter (isn’t everything larger in this store). This 3 ½ pound beast has been a hit ever since. Enjoy!
