What are some of the careers for which you would need to study the human skeleton and skull?

There are more than just the four known careers listed below that have to have some kind of knowledge about the bones in a human body. These four careers are the most distinguishable of all of them that require more knowledge of the skeleton than others.

Nurses. Nurses are one of several careers that have to have knowledge of the skeleton and skull to perform their jobs.

Doctors and surgeons. Since both of these careers have general and specialty areas in treating bone related injuries, people who are studying for these careers would need to know about the skeleton and skull

Forensic anthropologists. Anyone studying this career field or for a general anthropological degree would need to know about the human and possible animal skeletons and skulls to distinguish between the two sets.

Chiropractors. Some may say chiropractors are not doctors, they do have to have a type of medical degree in their specialized field of study about the spine. Since the spine makes up part of the skeletal system, it would make sense for them to have a course in anatomy as part of the education.

How can students use them in their studies?

Both papercrafts can be used to learn each bone and area of the skeleton and skull.

They can be used as part of a report being given on either subject or parts of the subject they are studying.

Are there other uses for these papercrafts other than school?

Of course there are other uses of the human skeleton and skull papercrafts. The biggest thing would be decorating for Halloween. You don’t have to be limited to that time of year to use these two items as decorations.

For those who like the Goth and Medieval decor themes, both items can be used as part of a room’s decorum.

For those who like to sketch or paint, either item could be used in the same manner as a live model.

The skull model could be used as a pattern for building one out of wood, plastic or clay.

The human skeleton has a frontal view of the skull with all the bones in a life sized hanging papercraft to use for studying the skeletal system class in high school or college. The skull papercraft provides a life sized skull to use for further studies in a chosen career.

Both of the links above have assembly instructions and a link for downloading them to your computer. If your computer allows for PDFs to open right after downloading, you can print all the pages when they pop-up. If not, you will need to remember where they were downloaded to, open from there, and print.

Be aware both downloads will print in a brown color that is very similar to bones natural color. If you are freaked or crept out fairly easily, these downloads may not be for you since they look real.

Human Skeleton Papercraft Project

The skeletal system download has 15 pages in its PDF download. There are three different views of the hands for the skeleton. The views are from the side, front, and back. This way you will be able to change them out as you are studying the skeleton from different angles.

The instructions for assembling the skeleton will print on two pages. There is a picture of the fully assembled skeleton at the top of the page with all the bones marked.

The Human Skull Papercraft

The skull papercraft is very similar to printing as the skeleton. It is very life like and be forewarned it could be more than you can handle if true to life things make you feel uneasy.

It has two pages of text with the first page being a set of pictures to reference while building the skull. The skull papercraft will print out on to four pages.

There is also a base printable to make for resting the finished skull on. It will print in black and on two pages. There are not any instructions for this papercraft part of the project.
