This quest guide is to help new players get through the Valley of the kings for the MMO Eden Eternal. The last mission you completed should have been to talk to the Valley of the kings Soul guardian. After talking to the guardian your next task will be to talk to the Gladiator Derek, located at the front entrance of the town. You should have passed him while you were running towards the Soul guardian.
When you talk to Derek he will give you a new mission to kill 23 valley protectors and 23 valley sentinels. Don’t forget to buy the two books “Doom love” and “Becoming a guard” from the general merchant Atom. The book quests go hand-in-hand with the mainstream quests and you can complete both at the same time to gain a lot of extra experience points. Trust me; you’ll need it for the next area.
The valley sentinels and protectors are down the road leading back towards the wetlands and a few more are near the Dalia tower. By now you should be strong enough to take on all of the monsters in this area, which means that you should be able to complete this quest fairly quickly. Return to Derek to complete the mission. Derek will then ask you to talk to Angi and Erth located in the town behind him. After you talk to both of them report to Jott for your next quest, he is located near the warp portal in the center of the town.
Assisting warrior Erth
Jott will give you a new mission to kill 24 Carmela thieves and 24 Carmela mages, both are located back near the Dalia tower. After you kill all of the baddies go back to town and report to Erth to complete the quest. Erth will ask you to defeat 23 Carmela scouts and to steal 1 of their battle plans. The scouts are located just a bit further north west from the Carmela mages and thieves.
The battle plans drop fairly quickly so you will most likely complete that objective first. After all of the scouts are dead and the plans are collected, report back to Erth to complete the quest. Erth will now give you a mission to slay Zachery and Garth, two bosses monsters located at the west side of the Dalia tower. They are fairly simple to kill, just make sure you dispatch all the monsters surrounding them so that they don’t join the fight and complicate things. Once they are dead head back to town and report the quest to Jott.
Lending a helping hand to Jenna
Jenna will now have a quest for you; she is standing near the warp portal at the center of town. Jenna will ask you to collect 15 worm skins from the acid shell worms and the rockhorn worms, both located out west near the road that takes you to Du’loth. The drop rate for the worm skins is very slow, so be prepared to be here awhile. Even with AOE attacks and fighting five to six monsters at a time it still took awhile to collect all 15 worm skins. I would recommend gathering a party to speed up the gathering process. You and your team members will share the kills and the drops will be split among you.
After you have all 15 items, return back to town and talk to Jenna to complete the mission. Jenna will give you a new mission to collect 8 mantis sacs, 8 mantis hormone glands, and to collect 1 full bottle of water. You can find the water by clicking on the bottle icon to auto run to its location. The mantis monsters are located back near the worms. After you have all of the items make your way to town and talk to Angie, the village elder to complete the quest.
Completing Elder Angie’s quests
Angie will give you a new quest and will ask you to collect 8 “hawkman’s saliva” from the Wind cliff hawkman, and 8 “perfect five-ring flowers” from the five-ring flower plant. The hawkman monster is located on the north road near Dalia tower, just follow it towards Ulta dungeon and you should see them. Most of the five-ring flowers are a bit near the small pond near Desanti falls. After you kill the hawkmen and gather the flowers, report the quest to Phil, he isn’t far from the Desanti base crystal. Phil will then ask you to kill 25 Pinch worms and 25 bloody mantises. You should have seen them wondering near the falls while you were picking flowers. After you slay all of the monsters report back to Angie to complete the quest.
Angie will then give you a new mission to hunt and kill Fatima, a small boss monster located in Du’loth forest. After you make it to the forest click the item icon in your quest log to summon and kill the monster. Fatima can be killed without a party, it is extremely easy. Once it is defeated go back to town and report to the village elder Jott to complete the quest. Make your way back to Angie to receive a new quest to talk to the Village grand elder Gray.
Gray will ask you to slay the Regal guard and to collect his five-ring gem. The guard is located up near Desanti falls. You will have to click on the icon in the quest log to summon it. The regal guard is fairly simple so it should die within a couple of hits. After you have the gem, return to Gray to complete the quest.
