Here’s how you can achieve a look that’s classic, yet oh so sexy.
Makeup:
Lips:
Retro glam is all about the bold, red lip. Although it may seem daunting, anyone can accomplish the red lip, as long as they use the right products. First, make sure to buff your lips (you can use and old toothbrush) to eliminate flakes. Then, go over your lips with a balm or primer, such as MAC’s Prep + Prime. Then, lighting line your lips with a pencil similar to the color of your desired lipstick. After outlining, fill in your lips with the pencil. This will serve as a sort of “first coat” and will remain even if your lipstick starts to fade. Finish with a matte red lipstick, making sure to use a lip brush for control.
Eyes:
Because you’re putting so much emphasis on your lips, you don’t want your eye makeup to be too bold. Try a neutral, copper shadow with a little shimmer (like Urban Decay’s Freakshow), or go for a simple, smokey eye. Hair:

Clothes:
