Easy Multi-Finger Rings

Now that you can buy flat, blank rings from a craft store there are no limits to the fashion jewelry you can make. Multi-finger rings have grown in popularity and they’re as simple to make as thinking up the design idea. Once you have in mind what you want the ring to look like, you can use common things to create it. Just buy two, three, or four of the blank rings, and you’re ready to getting crafting a unique piece of jewelry.

A blank ring is just a metal variety that features a flat top. The design of the top makes it easy to glue any number of things to it. However, if you glue just one thing to each ring, and then you wear them all, they still look like individual rings. To make a multi-finger ring you need to make the rings look like one.

There are any number of things you can stretch across two, three, or four rings. One thing is a rhinestone or metallic trim from a fabric store. Put all the blank rings on your fingers, measure from the first ring to the last one, and cut the trim to that size. Put a bit of super glue on each ring top and lay the rhinestone or other trim across the tops of the rings.

Polished stones look great when attached across a collection of rings. You can find some at a craft store, other ones at a home improvement store, and you can find a huge selection of them online. When you shop at a hardware store you’ll find lots of metal pieces you can use to make a multi-finger ring. Some are copper in color and others are silver, black, or even white. Use an industrial-strength adhesive to attach these types of pieces.

If you really want your multi-finger ring to catch attention look at a craft store for small, frameless mirrors. Find one that’s a narrow rectangle and glue it across the rings. Or, opt for a rectangular piece of wood from the same store.

Something like a rhinestone trim looks great as it is, for wearing as a ring. However, a piece of wood, a mirror, or another trim, can be embellished with other things. Glue on rhinestones, coins, tiny mirror pieces, jewelry charms, or beads, to make just the ring you want.

Roll up a dollar bill and glue it across the rings to make something quick and impressive. Or, remove the clip from a barrette and glue it across the rings. The barrette can be decorated in any number of ways. You could even glue on something like a domino to make a ring.

There are literally thousands of different, multi-finger rings you can make in a few minutes and they can be anything from casual, to elegant, to silly. Look around your house for other things you can use to make the rings, or look online at craft stores, hardware stores, and even places that sell trinkets. You’ll make so many rings that you’ll end up having to give some away!
