Bonsella had wanted her leaves to swish up to the sky above.
Swish — swosh –
She wanted her roots to dig dip into the ground. She dreamed of becoming a big and strong tree.
But everyday, the gardener snipped and cut at Bonsella’s leaves and branches.
Click — Clack — Click — clack –
She became angry for she will never become a big tree. She became sad as well. Bonsella also felt afraid because she will never be anything if she would not become a big tree.
One day, she woke up with a lot of people staring at her with awe in their eyes. For she may not have become a big tree, but she was made a bonsai — small but strong and beautiful.
