A: drinking lots of water helps a lot with cramps. also lots of exercise. but if you’re like me, u don’t feel like getting up, let alone exercising. but speaking from experience, lots of water helps, and smoking makes it WORSE! also, warmth helps. my boyfriend has like, really hot body heat, and he puts his hand on my abdomen when we’re just sitting watching tv. he’s sweet:) anyways, hope that helps!
