I’m 14 male and i just shaved my pubes 2 days ago and now i have whitish pimples/a rash there what should i do?
Q: i am 14 years old and i just shaved my pubes a few days ago , now i have pimples with a white center all around my pubic area, and it is very irritating. What should i do? And how long will it last?
A: Lol its called razor burn. Here is a little female suggestion instead of shaving up towards your head with the blade, next time shave downwards towards the direction of your feet with the blade. It wont get it quite as smooth as shaving in an upward motion but what difference does smooth make if your pubic region looks like it was invaded by ants. Also its a good idea to lotion the area when you are done shaving. They also sell Nair and other products that help reduce razor rash and burn. Anyways this is what I do and I never get any complaints.
I’m having problems with shaving my pubes – like razor burn/pimples?
Q: Ever since I tried shaving my pubes with my own “man” razor about 8 months ago I got razor burn ALL over. Most of it went away but there were still a couple spots that kind of are like pimples now. I found a new “lady” razor recently and used that and realized the difference, but still have the pimples. I have tried applying my own medicated acne cream, and not shaving at all to reduce irradiation but nothing is working. Please suggest a way that I can rid of this and keep it away in the future. Thanks
A: 1) stop shaving NOW!2) Sooth the area with aloe vera gel (sold for sunburn relief) and baby powder or Gold Bond while it’s growing out — at least a month.3) From now on leave your manly hair alone. It can’t possibly be worth all the grief just to look disgusting.
what will happen if i shave my pubes?
Q: If I shave my pubic hair will it grow backas the length it was before? I just shaved for the seond time, and I am wondering if it will grow back normal. I have red pimple bumps and I dont know what they are.
A: Nope… I always get annoyed when other people tell others that hair grows back thicker. It doesn’t grow back thicker!!! First of all, imagine making a line on a piece of paper… One end of the line of thicker than the other… Okay? The thicker part is where the root of the hair is… When you cut/shave the hair, the hair follicle is still there beneathe the skin, inside the pore. When it grows out, the thick end is showing. The middle of the shaft of hair. That is why it looks thicker because it actually is the thicker part of the hair that is showing. When you don’t shave, fabrics are rubbing against the hairs so it thins the ends of the hair down.Think of when you cut your nails. When you first cut your nails with a nailclipper, doesn’t your nails seem sharper? After a few days, the nails seem normal again, not all sharp. This is because you do stuff with your hands and the rubbing of other objects with your nails dulls it down. It is the same concept.Okay, now about shaving your pubic hair. I’ve been shaving for a few years already. Why? Because it feels better to me and I don’t like excessively hairiness. The bumps you see are from shaving. Don’t shave against the shaft of the hairs, it causes ingrown hairs which is what you see. That was my mistake the first time I shaved and it was horrible! I itched like crazy and I was scared so I used a needly to poke it and pull the hair follicle that was trapped underneath out. Now I hardly ever get those maybe one or two every few months. I shave downwards and diagonally but not going upwards. Try to gently exfoliate that area so the hairs can come out faster. I heard from other friends that it just eventually comes out but I get annoyed and I just poke it and pull the hair out.Hope that was helpful and good luck!
