I have restless leg syndrome and so does most of my family… it is misserable having it.. what I do put a heating pad on my legs where they are hurting and jerking… this does help.. also you can make yourself a pillow pad .. which is a piece of material sewed on a sewing machine.. make it the size that it can fit in the microwave… fill it will some rice.. or you can use cow corn too.. sew three sides fill it up and then sew the final side.. when you are ready to use it place in microwave and get it nice and warmyou will fill much better.. good luck with your pregnancy
