Q: I have developed a fear psychosis about marriage. Whenever a proposal comes, my mind immediately perceives the negative points of that proposal and out of fear I start praying of not getting into it. I fear that finally I will be imposed to get into one of such relationships, which may not be digestable to me, In that case I will die of suffocation. Before the final suffocation, now too every moment os my life is breathless. I am scared of that life, which will come n break me into pieces. Becoz of this, quite often I feel like ending my life then getting into such a life, where there will be torment every moment.I see no hope absolutely. Plz guide me

Why are a large number of people talking against marriage system & creationg a phobia in young boys & girls?
Q: Many people are creating marriage phobia in minds of younger generation & talking as if it is something very frightening putting one in permanent hell type conditions or married life is something very complicated & so difficult that nothing will be smooth & manageable at all though it is NOT so & in fact married life is very easy & comfortable compared to not getting married at all, from all angles. Girls are mostly affected by that. People study so many things, even those ones which are not needed too but about marriage system, its concept, santity, usefulness & management,.. etc are ignored. Honestly speaking, there is no better replacement of marriage at all. Love is deepest possible in married couples. Individual cases & bad luck may change someone’s view but by & large, marriages have very high success rates & provide best possible, secured, happy & peaceful family life. In failed marriages girls suffer more but that cannot be generalised for all. Lack of God fearing attitude too is responsible to some extent. What can be done to keep peole away from so called artificial marriage phobia ? What is your view ?
A: I have noticed the same thing……I am a 49yr old woman, who has been married and lost my wonderful husband to cancer last June. Almost a year, now, and I still miss him and ache for him. He was an awesome husband to me.I believe that a lot of these people lack the maturity it takes to be married because of their own insecurities and failures in their own lives. And as the saying goes…..”misery loves company”.A mature and healthy and wonderfully loving marriage takes:Compromise, communication. mutual respect, love, trust, devotion, and honesty. A man and woman HAVE to connect emotionally, spiritually, soulfully, and sexually……to be “in love” in the first place. If they don’t have those qualities in their relationship….then the relationship usually fails because, as time goes by, that couple realizes that they have settled for less than they truly wanted and deserved. Their attitude becomes negative towards each other and they start bickering and fighting over the dumbest things. Being secure in oneself, and loving oneself brings a willingness to grow and change WITH your partner over the course of the relationship. And realistically…..most people don’t have the willlingness to work at anything in their lives….much less marriage.I loved being married and hope to do it again someday.
