A: I was born with a physical handicap. I also worry about growing old alone. It is easy for people to judge a book by its cover. My cover may not be quite as attractive as someone else’s. Some things that have helped me are simple things like deep breathing, distraction, and always having something to help with nausea like ginger or peppermint.
