Q: how can i tell which one i have and how to treat it?
A: You really can’t tell which one you have and since they are all treated the same, it does not matter much. Wash the area well with warm soapy water. Apply a thin coat of an anti-itch medication like benadryl or hydrocortizone. Keep the area dry and clean. It should clear up in a few days. Take a benadryl pill to help with the itch and inflammation. Make sure you wash what ever clothes you were wearing in really hot water to get rid of the remaining poison.
