I’ve been taking cleansers (Ultimate Cleanse)and exercising a lot lately and it seems to make a big difference. Problems I’ve had for the last 4 years because of this are chronic sinusitis, rhinitis, asthma, allergy like symptoms, headaches, muscle aches, dry eyes, rash on face, ibs, colitis, and probably some more that I don’t remember. It’s funny how all these problems go away when I’m out of the building.

Q: A friend of mine gets itchy, watery eyes every time she goes into Mall of America. She’s a little neurotic, so I suspect that her symptoms are psychosomatic. I’m just curious to know if anyone else experiences allergy-like symptoms when they visit the Mall of America, or any other malls?

A: of course not, considering tons of people would be going in and out of that mall or any other they would have thought of everyones needs ie allergies, heights, etc. ventilation systems are up and running all the time so yeah it’s probably just her cause that’s impossible or else they’d be having a lot of complaints
