Q: My hair is majorly dry due to straightening it throught years.Anddd, i was wondering what is a good deep conditioner to help it and all that. price doesn’t matter.

A: Olive oil is a great conditioner for deep conditioing. Depending on how long your hair is you use about 1/4 to1/2 a cup of Olive oil warmed. Not to hot but you do want it like lukewarm. You part your hair into several parts, take a cotton ball and make sure that your hair is saturaed with the oil at the parts and all the way from the root to the ends. Put a plastic cap on and wait about 20 minutes and than wash the way that you usually do. If your hair is very badly damaged than do this once a week for about a month if not once a month no more than twice. You don’t want to over condition it. Also if you do condition it with Olive oil don’t use another conditioner that time wait until the next time you wash your hair. IF you use both the Olive oil and commercial conditioner you’ll over condition your hair and it will look and feel oily.
