- It could be either an enlarged lymph node or a sebaceous cyst. These can be infected or not depending on whether they are painful to the touch or not.

- I used hydrogen peroxide. It's all natural. I lay down, my wife poured it in, it tickles whilst it fizzles. After it stops fiizzing, tilt your head into a paper towel. It'll wash out. Repeat for the other ear.

- A: No way of knowing. If it's in the front of his ear, could be a cyst or big zit. If it's directly behind his, it's a lymph gland. I had one when I had an infection from my surgery and it felt hard and was directly on the bone behind my ear. My dr said it was a lymph gland and it went away after my antibiotics.
