A: It either means you are pregnant OR they found some other gynaecological issue. You are probably pregnant, though it seems strange that they wouldn’t tell you that.
Gynecologist?
Q: I’m going to try to rephrase my previous question. What I’m trying to find out is what can a gynecologist determine about a woman. If she had sex or not, things along those lines. I’m not trying to be a pervert but how can the gynecologist determine whether the woman has been “fingered” or had sex? How long would the absence of being “played with” or sex have to be so a gynecologist won’t be able to determine?Basically, I need to know everything about what a gynecologist can and cannot determine. All info. posted is greatly appreciated.
A: Trust me; a GYN couldn’t care less about fingers or playing with, etc. They can see whether or not a woman has a hymen, that’s all.
How do I tell my gynecologist about abortion?
Q: I had abortion almost a year ago and I’m planning to go to the gynecologist for a check up but for some reason I just don’t know how should I tell that I had abortion. I just think that after I tell the gynecologist will start to ask questions which I really don’t want to talk about. Can the gynecologist tell others about my visit?
A: you need to tell the doctor so they can accurately check you out. you have to tell your history anyway. she can’t tell others your info, unless you are under 16 (i believe). just tell her, and she/he can talk to you IF you want to.
