If I had to guess I would say if you have no other symptoms than what you listed that it would be a yeast infection. You could try AZO ( it’s over the counter ) for the burning sensation and try something for a yeast infection. Eating yogurt also helps because it helps to balance the good and bad bacteria ” down there “.
