When your poop is green, It means that you are eating healthy. If your poop is brown, chances are you arent eating so healthy. Thats just what doctors say. Not proven yet though.

A: Believe it or not, this can happen if you drink a lot of grape Kool-Aid. I guess the green color is the only part that doesn’t get digested. If you were sick and this happen, don’t worry for awhile. As long as you seem to be getting better. I would let this one thing cause you to run to the doctor or to worry too much. If your poop is still green after a week or two, then you might need to worry.

A: green stool comes from eating or drinking something odd colored. Like drinking grape soda or blue kool aid or something. Red stool, I don’t know. I’ve only had red stool once and it completely freaked me out. But it wasn’t painful.
