Though at times I feel a little discomfort is my chest but most of the time it’s after I eat a big meal. I am 185pounds and im 31 yeras old. I feel like im 19 but Im still kind of worried. Any answers. Will I have a bad heart in the future. And also does longevity run in your genes. Most of my family has lived at least to their 80s or more. irregular heartbeat- what does this mean?
Q: my dad has stayed over night at a hospital as they think he might have an irregular heartbeat. Without a huge long description, what does this mean? why does he need to stay over night and is it dangerous?does this affect normal life?
A: Your dad was kept overnight so his heart rate and rhythm could be monitored. While the heart rate will vary depending on what we are doing, the normal heart rhythm remains constant—-and this is called a Sinus Rhythm. There are a number of reasons why the heart can get out of rhythm, which means the electrical system of the heart is not conducting normally—-and this is one reason we run an electrocardiogram. When your dad is discharged from the hospital, his doctor may want him to have a Holter Monitoring test. He will wear a small appliance that will monitor and record every single beat of his heart for a 24 hour period. This will allow his doctor to see what his heart is doing throughout the day and night as he goes about his normal daily activities.I hope this answers your question.

Am I in the beginning stages of a miscarriage? I just miscarried at 12 weeks in October. I really do not want that to be happening. Please does anyone know what this means?
A: dysplasia, or respiratory distress on the fetus, i don’t want to scare you but it does seem bad, it could happen the miscarriage, because your bady is probably not pumping enough oxygen for the baby, just wait two weeks and maybe things will get better, there’s always hope
