Q: I seem to cry every night in my sleep, usually having dreams that -only- seem to be upsetting to me in my sleep. I have only recently suffered from an actual depression in late spring for maybe a month or so, and other than this I really don’t get depressed, and my temporary depressions are for a specific reason. I’m very happy now and life is great, but I continue to have dreams every single night crying. I do tend to get dry eyes overnight, and I was also wondering if it could possibly just be something to do with that, maybe my mind forcing fluid into my eyes using my dreams?
