You may come up with some type of AMA form to cover your butts in case they drop dead. That way you can say you told him that was the risk. And that way the family can’t come back & say, “well he went to a cardiologist, why didn’t they catch the problem??”. You guys can come back with some paperwork saying that it was HIS informed decision not to go in.

Why do I get severe chest pain when I drink something fruity?

Q: For awhile now, I have been getting very severe and painful chest pains after drinking something fruit flavored (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). I also have a hard time breathing and have to lay down and take deep breaths to get the pain to go away. These occurrences last for about 10 to 15 minutes. Someone please give me some answers here.
