A: exercise help your bowels to move frequently and that’s why you need to go to the bathroom alot. usually, it doesn’t cause diarrhea but just normal waste. you only get diarrhea if you have an infection or are sick… oh well, think of it as a good thing. you’re getting rid of icky waste that can make you bloated and getting rid of toxins in your system.
