Q: I had a miscarriage 3 months ago and no surgery, instead I had the placenta removed with forceps. They told me I had 3cm of clotting and debris that was to little to remove by surgery, instead it should come out with a period. I have had very light periods since then and it doesn’t seem to want to empty itself! However, I have cramps during the month which usually begin with ovulation, they are so bad I can’t walk sometimes. I have no foul discharge and my temperature is ok. This passes after a while but lasts about 5 days.Has anyone experienced more pain at ovulation following miscrriage or childbirth? Is this normal or should I be concerned it is pid. PLEASE help!
