Q: I have high blood pressure so the Dr. (I use the term loosely) told me NO SALT because of high blood pressure. The symptoms are horrific and I’m in pain. I hate hospitals. I don’t understand how I cant have 1 but I have to have another. Somebody has to know. Please Help!
A: Common table salt is sodium chloride and that is bad for high BP.Perhaps instead of inorganic sodium (table salt) you could have organic sodium foods.
