Frequent nausea, headaches, extreme tiredness, and stumbling over words??
Q: I have been having frequent nausea, headaches, and extreme tiredness for about 2 weeks now, and recently, I have been stumbling over my words, like when I go to say something, it just sounds like jibberish…happened at work a few times(embarrassing). but I’m starting to get a little worried. Anyone know what could be going on? or had similar symptoms? I’m only 19 too.
A: there could be soooo many different causes… if you had any recent head truama (skateboard, bike, football) could be the reason. or something else could be going on inside (biologically) .. either way YOU NEED TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR ASAP! i’m not a doctor… and even if i were, you need to have some test done before things get worse!!

Q: my friend and i are both experiencing these symptoms. aswell as others in the community. we live in northern nsw.can anyone tell us whats wrong?we arent pregnant. not even possible. because when i typed this in on google it said pregnant.yehwe are strict vegetarians, no fish included. no diarrhea presently. it feels like we are always hungry but our tummys are heaps tight and any food makes us feel nauseous. and it takes alot of effort just to walk say 10 metres.
A: My guess would be viral gastroenteritis, which has been around a lot lately. Eat light food, keep your fluids up and wash your hands really well after using the toilet, to prevent spreading it to other people.
are these symptoms of coeliac disease?
Q: on and off-DiarreahBloatingNauseaHeadachesExtreme tiredness, fatigueSharp pain on left and right side of abdomen and backHeavy period. People who know this answer no smart mouthed people or people who just say go to dr. I have and waiting for blood test. Want to know if people experience this and what it could be. Thankyou! XxX
A: It could be, or it could be any number of other disorders or diseases or something else entirely. Congrats on going to the doctor; that’s the first step. Now you’ll have a partner in diagnosis. I had a lot of your symptoms (but without the headaches) and after being tested for Celiac Disease and too many other things, it turns out I have an Inflammatory Bowel Disease, probably Ulcerative Colitis. The Celiac Disease Foundation gives a list of common symptoms (http://www.celiac.org/cd-symptoms.php), but notes that symptoms vary for each person. The blood test and any follow-up tests are important for an actual diagnosis and so you don’t waste your time and money going gluten free if it won’t actually help the underlying reasons for your problems. If your Celiac test comes back negative make sure you have any other tests that a good gastroenterologist recommends for you to see what is causing your symptoms. If you get a dismissive attitude, keep going and find a doctor who will listen. I had doctors think I had everything from Irritable Bowel Syndrome to “Female Problems” to “Infected Lymph Nodes” before the colonoscopy showed the inflammation causing the problems. The waiting is hard. Good luck!
