The normal liquid dose, depending on the concentration of the penicillin, is around a teaspoon which is 5 ml.If you overdose on that much Penicillin, you are bound to wind up with one heck of a gastro-intestinal upset.Once you begin treatment with an antibiotic that an organism is susceptible to, results are usually noticed within 24 hours, but you need to take a complete course of medication to get rid of the infection.I would suggest contacting your doctor.
