Q: So I made spaghetti last week about 10 days ago…I immediately put it in glass containers and put it in the fridge…I went on vacation….Today is Wednesday nearly 10 days later….I am going to eat it for lunch….How sick am I going to get…???P.S. It doesn’t smell.
A: If you don’t see mold, then I’d make sure I’d heat very thoroughly. I mean heat till it’s all very hot. You don’t want to heat to lukewarm and eat.If the spaghetti looks good, doesn’t smell and you heat thoroughly, you should be fine.
