I have pain in my throat to the right of my adams apple and a bad headache and really stuffed up. Im most likley going to the doctor tomarrow but would like maybe some opinionsbefore then. thanks so much. also anything to temprarily make it not hurt as bad? Also does it flare up a certain ties? cause Ill be watching Tv when suddenly I get the most horrible headace and it feels likie there is a huge sand clump in my eye and I cant blink or it will hurt super bad. the rest of the time it just feels crusty and irratated. The dicharge is watery and crusty. Also Im on antibiotics but dont know if I should go to school because it hasnt gotten any better.
A: this doesn’t really sound like a regular case of pinkeye, in my experience. when i get it, it lasts for about seven days if i can actually leave it alone (i always have a bad habit of touching the infected eye), and that’s also what my doctor has told me before – it’ll crust in the morning when you wake up, and you can gently wipe it away, but otherwise leave it alone, and it will go away by itself.however, i’ve never had those other symptoms, and i’m sorry i can’t offer more other than what i think pinkeye should be. i would completely recommend getting to the doctor as soon as you can because they tend to be pretty good at letting you know what’s wrong and how to fix it. between now and your appt, i would advise lots of rest and water, and don’t touch your eye – good luck!
