A: Every one is different when it comes to herpes, there is no set time to tell you how long your out breaks will last or how frequently they will occur. They typically last a week or two depending on how sever it is. I have never had an out break last that long but the first two out breaks I had were the worst and lasted little over a week. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about some getting some suppressive therapy or at least boosting your immune system. try to calm your self down and stop stressing over this, stress can trigger new out breaks.
