Q: I am about 80percent sure I’ve got an infection, but as I’m living in a foreign country, I’d rather not go to the Dr. about it if I can avoid it. Is there a safe way to treat this type of infection? Lots of water and cranberry juice? Or is it something that will worsen without medical attention? Thanks,Molly
A: You hit it right on the head…. Water and Cranberry.Instead of Cranberry juice, though, I would recommend getting capsules or softgels of Cranberry if you can… they’re a lot more potent.Aside from Cranberry, you can also get D-Mannose (or Mannose, it’s the same thing), Juniper Berry, Corn Silk, or Uva Ursi. All of those help with different aspects of urinary tract health and bladder health. Good luck!
