A: Use peroxide on your face and back, or if you have money go to the store and by anything with the ingredient benzoyl peroxide. This is the one ingredient in Proactiv that helps. Instead of going threw the hassel of getting Proactiv I use Zap Zyt usually $4-$5 and it works wonder full, but I do have to use it everyday. That’s one of the bad things about having acne. Don’t pick them, EVER you will get pits in your face from picking acne and when you get my age (27) you will regret it. Good Luck!!! Also try putting a warm washcloth on your zits when they turn red and look like they need popped. This helps the swelling. I also have tried tooth paste. It works to help the swelling too.
