A: I have the same problem. The way I solve mine was pretty simple. Stop taking your afternoon nap because once you do then you won’t be able to sleep that night. What I did was either take a quick one hour nap and wake up before 5 or not take a nap at all, if I don’t take a nap that day then I would be able to get some sleep at 9 or 10 at night.

A: Wow, too bad I’m not a sleep expert! There are so many questions concerning the lack of sleep on here! Turn the tv off, maybe turn on some really mellow music, make yourself a cup of chamomile tea and stretch for a little bit. Find a place to relax, sitting or laying down, doesn’t matter and meditate! I don’t meditate often, but it’s wonderfully relaxing. Imagine every muscle in your body relaxed, concentrate on your breathing or the music or some kind of white noise in the room, and when you start to think of something, acknowledge that it is there in your head, then release it. The point is to keep your mind clear, which seems almost imposible, I know! Keep it up for about 10 or 15 minutes, or longer. Good luck getting some rest!
