A: eat 3 meals a day & 2-3 snacks. Take your body weight x’s 7 thats how many calories you need to maintain your weight….so to lose you need to subtract 300 calories. Make sure every meal has protein(3-4oz), veggies(1 cup) and minimal carbs. Whole Wheat bread, pasta and rice….make sure the first ingredient is Whole Wheat….if not it’s not truly whole wheat. Sometimes you need to eat more to lose, just watch your portions and calories. Throw 30 mins of any kind of cardio in a day, and I think you’ll start seeing results. So you are feeding your body all day (boosting metabolism) and not feeling starved.
