- A: hi there,i think i can relate to you being 14 myself.i also use to get to bed late but now get to sleep at 10.30.i sugest 2 things; reading and swimming.reading before you go to sleep relaxes you, stimulates the mind and also makes you kinda tied- also good for English too (:depending on whether you enjoy sport or not, swimming is a great way to get your body into a routine. Swimming also drains your body but only to an extent where it will improve endurance.
